Viscosity Bitumen
Viscosity bitumens are a group of bitumens in which high viscosity or bioavailability is observed. Viscosity means the material’s resistance to water flow and absorption. Due to their characteristics, these types of bitumen are used in some specific applications such as surface coating and insulation of various chemical compounds. The high viscosity in these bitumens makes them effectively used in protecting surfaces and making strong connections in construction and industrial projects. Because these bitumens have important sealing and protection properties, they are used in projects that depend on resistance to water and chemical penetration.
